Neugart is a family-owned company among gearbox manufacturers. Founded in 1928, Neugart started as a manufacturer of gear parts for for various mechanical devices and typewriters. To this day, Neugart remains in family hands, now in the fourth generation. Today Neugart develops, produces and sells planetary gearboxes and custom gearboxes. Their focus on quality is evident in their following of DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001, and DIN EN 16247-1 standards. The company employs over 700 people worldwide, including over 600 at its headquarters in Kippenheim in southwest Germany.
