Applied Robotics' pneumatic grippers are precision machined to offer high precision, repeatability, and long life. Available standard sizes can pick up work pieces weighing as little as 5 ounces and as much as 200 pounds. Designs include parallel, angular, and toggle styles as well as two-jaw and three-jaw variations.
Applied Robotics' vises can be extremely delicate or exceptionally strong, always maintaining great repeatability precision. Available series include self-centering and non-mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic, and with short or long stroke. All series excel in combining high clamping force with high jaw stroke.
Applied Robotics' pneumatically-actuated mechanism to clamp bags from the sides, keeping bag and tool centered to prevent misalignment and maintain palletizing consistency. These grippers are manually adjustable ± 95mm to accommodate different bag widths and hard coated for protection in extreme environments.
